All Zflix internet goes through the networks of big telcos of Canada. Zflix Telecom is only re-selling these services. No matter what speed you may get connected, your internet is always provided through your local high speed internet company. Hence:

Zflix provides both fiber and cable internet if both serviecs are available at your location.

The local internet company will send their technician to do the installation.

A Zflix modem has to be used for the service. Zflix will ship a modem to you before installaiton.

Zflix does all technical support and customer service, as well as billing.
